Everyone gets along in a crisis. Except Ingrid, in a crisis she excels.
Ingrid was, for the entire time we worked together, a creative professional with simple ideas that made a large improvement to Upstate Interactive's bottom line. She embodies leadership from the ground up. Not too often would someone take a Director of Operations role then, when the company needed it, handle day-to-day business that Product Owners at Upstate Interactive do. Everyone gets along in a crisis. Except Ingrid, in a crisis she excels.
I feel better having hired her, yes for the profits, yet beyond that, for the peace of mind. She handled Upstate Interactive's business as well or better than I did as a company owner. And that's just world-changing.
