Transparency creates swiftness. We are partnering by promoting a cost plus fixed fee model. In this way, MintGate agrees to pay for 100% of costs that heart bottoms incurs for this initiative plus an additional fee to compensate Heart Bottoms team members for their creative and artistic value. The heart bottoms team will aim to reach a stated target cost per card. The heart bottoms team will also agree to a Do Not Exceed (DNE) cost per card. In the event the costs are above our target, the heart bottoms team will reduce the creative fee proportional to the additional costs. In the event the costs cannot stay below the DNE cost, the heart bottoms team will communicate with MintGate to seek a mutually agreeable remedy.
