The Nature of Determination

In the forest a girl and her dog walked the wilderness far from the path her family walked. Usually a trio, the two sought her brother.

Certain they needed more eyes, more feet, more mouths, searching, spreading, and shouting, they brought her parents. The foursome was insufficient in their numbers. Soon the uncles, aunts, and cousins joined the family of seekers and by sunset they found her brother.

Such is the nature of determination, bringing everyone along until its search is over.
